SENSORY EVALUATION: Rich aromas of black currants, black cherries and spices with an elegantly smooth black fruit flavor. Although still relatively young in age, our Cabernet does not have over-powering tannins and can be enjoyed now.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Steak au poivre, grilled lamb, robust pasta dishes and aged cheddar. |
