A true expression of New York Chardonnay without an influence from oak barrels. Tropical aromas of citrus, star fruit and papaya with balanced flavors of Asian pear and crisp apple.

This Chardonnay underwent malolactic fermentation and was completely barrel fermented in French (80%) and American (20%) oak for 8 months.

A classic California-style Chardonnay, this wine exhibits delicious aromas of pear, honeydew and custard. A very smooth, full mouthfeel with concentrated stone fruit flavors.

A dry rosé with bright aromas of strawberry, rhubarb, cherry and persimmon with fresh flavors of cherry and a hint of vanilla.

This blend of Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio exhibits floral aromas of lily and orange blossom followed by ripe flavors of golden delicious apple and pink grapefruit.

Enticing aromas of pineapple and kiwi lead to full round flavors of golden raisin, leechy nut, citrus and pear with a nice acidity on the finish.

Bursting with aromas of ripe pomegranate, red raspberry and strawberry-rhubarb pie. Similar flavors layered with barrel spices of clove and cinnamon are supported with a tannic structure that will continue to soften with additional barrel age.

Aged in French oak for 14 months, our Proprietor's Special Reserve Merlot is a rich, earthy representation of New York State fruit. Limited case production.

Fruit from Long Island was vinified with pump-overs for gentle extraction of color and tannins. The resulting wine has rich, earthy aromas of ripe plum dark berry fruits and leather with soft, dark fruit flavors and a smooth finish.

New Special Pricing! Regular retail price - $16.00/btl. A blend of 58% Merlot, 26% Cabernet Franc, 8% Zinfandel and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon give this wine rich, spicy aromas of blackberry, dark cherry and dried tobacco with endless layers of flavors that last well into the long, smooth finish.

Blended with 15% Merlot, this wine exhibits aromas of red berry fruits, black raspberry, spice and cured tobacco.

Notes of black currants, black cherry and spice with elegantly, snooth black fruit flavors.
