At Millbrook Vineyards & Winery, we appreciate the desire to find the perfect destination for your special event. The winery is located in the heart of Dutchess County where pastoral views of rolling hills and green vines are part of the everyday scenery. The view from our vineyard is breathtaking and our beautifully renovated barn is the perfect choice for your day in wine country. The rustic feel of our 1940's Dutch style barn with its soaring loft ceilings makes this unique space a charming location for any event.
The winery loft can accommodate up to 100 people. The space is available from May through October beginning at 5:00 p.m. The standard rental fee for 2013 is $4000 for an eight hour event. Additional time can be contracted for $500/hour, May through August.
The peak rental fee (September through October) is $5000 for an eight hour event.
A daytime property rental site is available May - October and is located in the back of the winery. This is only a stand alone, grounds rental which does not include use of the loft space and is available from 12:00 - 6:00 p.m. with a rental fee of $2000.
Additional Details
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of half the rental fee is required with the signed contract to secure the date of any function. The rental balance is due two weeks prior to the event.
Alcohol: Millbrook wines are available for purchase at 20% off our retail pricing. A corkage fee of $20 per bottle will be charged for any non-Millbrook wines (with the exception of sparkling wines). No hard liquor may be served on the premises.
Music: Amplified music is allowed in the loft space only. No deejays, bands or amplified music are allowed on the grounds.
Caterers: Please ask our staff for our list of preferred caterers. Other professionally licensed and sufficiently insured caterers must be approved by Millbrook Vineyards & Winery. The winery does not provide custodial services. |
