At Millbrook Winery we appreciate the desire to find the perfect destination for your wedding, wedding reception or special event. We are located in the heart of Dutchess County where pastoral views of rolling hills and green vines are part of the everyday scenery. The view from our 30-acre vineyard is breathtaking and our rustic barn loft is the perfect choice for your event in the country. Only 90 minutes north of New York City, Millbrook Winery is a unique and charming location for any event.

The Vineyard and Loft Space
Couples can choose to stage their event either on the Hudson Valley Vineyard grounds, in our loft space or a combination of the those locations for the same fee. The unique feel of our 1940's barn loft with its soaring ceiling makes the space a charming location for any event. The 95 foot hallway leading into the main loft area is adorned with art from local artists during the summer and fall seasons.
This gallery area can be set up with banquet tables down the center for a dramatic dining presentation. For a more casual event, round tables can be set up in the main room or tall tables can be used throughout both areas for a stand up cocktail and hors d' oeuvres/wine event.

Planning The Event
- The Hudson Valley Winery loft can accommodate up to 100 people for a seated dinner.
- For guest lists which exceed 100 people, the vineyard grounds are available for tented or open field ceremonies and receptions. Ask for our list of preferred vendors for tent rental options.
- The loft space is available evenings beginning at 5:00 p.m. from April through December
- The site rental fee is $2500 for a 6 hour event either on the grounds, inside the loft or a combination of the two. A hourly fee of $500 per hour will be charged for each additional hour. Set up and clean up times are counted as hours rented.
- The winery does not provide catering services. Click here for a list of preferred caterers.

Additional Details
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of half the rental fee is required with the signed contract to secure the date of any function. The rental balance is due two weeks prior to the event.
Alcohol: Millbrook wines are available for purchase at 20% off our retail pricing. A corkage fee of $20 per bottle will be charged for any non-Millbrook wines (with the exception of sparkling wines). No hard liquor may be served on the premises.
Music: Amplified music is allowed in the loft space only. No deejays, bands or amplified music are allowed on the grounds.
Caterers: Please ask our staff for our list of preferred caterers. Other professionally licensed and sufficiently insured caterers must be approved by Millbrook Vineyards & Winery. The winery does not provide custodial services.
