Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. We want you to have complete confidence that your privacy will not be compromised. To this end, we guarantee that we will not use any technical means (tracking cookies, keystroke loggers, spy ware, etc.) to gather information about you, your computer, or your computer usage. We also promise that any information gathered directly from you will not be sold to any other firm, individual or organization.

 

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

 

Return Policy

We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, or flawed. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed.  Please send an email to millbrookwinery@millwine.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.

Once the wine is received, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling if we are not able to replace the wine. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund including shipping and handling charges if we are not able to replace the wine. Please contact customer service for return instructions.

 

Shipping & Age Restrictions

You must be at least 21 years of age to order or receive wine.

Packages containing alcohol are shipped out using UPS®. UPS® will attempt to deliver your package three times (generally on consecutive business days) to the shipping address you provided; someone over the age of 21 must be there to sign for the package. If UPS® is unable to deliver the package after three attempts, it will be sent to the nearest UPS® Hub. The package will be held at the hub for 3-5 business days before being returned. Packages that were returned to us as undeliverable are not eligible for refunds; we can re-ship the package – standard shipping charges will apply.

If you think there may be complications in being present to sign for your wine, you may consider having your wine shipped to your business office or contacting us directly at (845) 677-8383 x21 in an attempt to schedule your shipment for a time that you will be present to sign for it.

In areas that experience extreme temperatures, we may hold your shipment until weather permits safe delivery of your wine.
