As you plan your escape to wine country, include some of the great local tourist sites and restaurants around town, including the Walkway Over The Hudson pedestrian bridge which is located within walking distance of the Poughkeepsie Train Station. Day-trippers from New York City may choose from two Metro-North/Grand Central Terminal departure times (see Metro-North Train Schedule) in order to meet the Vineyard Shuttle. The shuttle will pick up guests at the front of the Poughkeepsie Train Station and take them to and from the winery at the scheduled times.
Once guests have arrived at the winery they will enjoy a guided tour and wine tasting, as well as lunch at the Vineyard Grille & Café. As part of their visit, guests can choose to visit the Winery's Art in the Loft gallery exhibit, hike the Vineyard Walking Trail or relax on picnic blankets amongst the splendor on the gorgeous vineyard property with a bottle of their favorite wine.
The Vineyard Express Package is provided on Saturdays and Sundays only and is available by reservation only. Space per day is limited. Reservations must be made by Friday of each week by 4:00 p.m.
