When paired correctly, both wine and food can highlight attributes of each other.
Since joining our management team at Millbrook Winery, our Tasting Room Manager Tim Gonzales has helped us to better share our appreciation of this relationship between wine and food. Tim has written several different recipes specifically focusing on pairing foods with different Millbrook Wines in our portfolio.
Originally from Gilbert, AZ. Tim moved to the Hudson Valley after his five years of service in the Army. Tim attended and graduated from The Culinary Institute of America with his Associates in Culinary Arts. While attending the CIA, Tim worked part time as a tour guide since 2013. Upon graduation his passion and love for wine brought him out of the kitchen and back to Millbrook Winery.
