Spend a winter weekend afternoon with us chillin’ in the Taproom by the fire with a delicious bowl of chili and a glass of your favorite Millbrook tap wine. Slammin’ Salmon has put together a great line up of different chilis to keep you coming back over and over again!

Jan. 25th & 26th: BBQ Pork Chili
Feb. 1st & 2nd: Black Angus Sirloin Chili & 3 Bean Mild Curry Vegan Chili
Feb. 15th & 16th: Smoky Pulled Pork Chili & Vegan Beyond “Beef” Chili
Feb. 22nd & 23rd: Chicken Verde Chili & Vegan Southwest Chili
Feb. 29th & Mar. 1st: Corned Beef Chili & Classic Beef Chili
Mar. 7th & 8th: Texas Angus Sirloin Chili & Chickpea Chili Verde
Mar. 14th & 15th: Chicken Chili Verde & Vegan Santa Fe Chili
Mar. 21st & 22nd: Cancelled
Mar. 28th & 29th: Cancelled
All bowls of chili $9 each and glasses of tap wine $7.50 each.

Trip Advisor Feb 4, 2018: “Millbrook was a great place to spend our Saturday afternoon. Beautiful place, delicious wine and the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. We went on one of their “Chili Weekends”, which was so good, the wine tasting was very nice and all very affordable. You can hang out in the room upstairs which has a fireplace and seating, and an amazing view from their deck. Would definitely go again, we met some great people there and spend the whole afternoon laughing and enjoying great wine in a comfortable atmosphere!”
