"I can pinpoint the exact moment when I knew I wanted to return to the Hudson River Valley as soon and as often as I could. I was at Millbrook Winery on a quintessential autumn day — the air was chilled to perfection, the rolling hills were alive with gold and red leaves, and the grape harvest had just begun." - Writer Annie Fitzsimmons from National Geographic's Intelligent Travel Blog Urban Insider Special Event This Saturday: Annual Tocai Friulano Release Party Saturday, May 18th 12:00 - 3:00 pm Call For Ticket Availability: 845-677-8383 x17 *Use of the vineyard picnic areas will be restricted during this event. About Millbrook Vineyards & WineryWelcome to Millbrook Winery & Vineyard. Called "the Hudson Valley's flagship winery" by The New York Times and "a great place to visit" by The Wall Street Journal. Millbrook Vineyards & Winery is conveniently located in the magnificent Hudson River Valley just 1.5 hours from both New York City and Albany. It is glorious to visit any time of year for a tour and wine tasting. Millbrook Winery offers world-class Hudson Valley Wines that have won acclaim from critics and consumers alike. The home grown and bottled Hudson River Region wines compare favorably with top wines from California and France. Millbrook is considered one of the top wineries across the Hudson River Valley and the entire state of New York. Millbrooks' wine is cultivated on thirty of the vineyards' 130 acres. Current varietals include Chardonnay (13 acres) Pinot Noir (5 acres), Cabernet Franc (7 acres), and Tocai Friulano (5 acres). Our winemaker, John Graziano, has been crafting these high quality wines for Millbrook since 1984. He has been the only winemaker at Millbrook since its establishment. Currently, John is producing approximately 10,000 – 14,000 cases of wine annually from our own fruit, as well as fruit from across New York and our California vineyards. Millbrook is open from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m., seven days a week for guided tours and wine tastings. From Memorial Day through Labor Day we are open from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Millbrook Winery is closed for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
